• Qarmatek Services Private Limited (“we” and “us”) is the operator of Mobex. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  • General: Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.

Return Policy

  • Return Due To Change Of Mind: Mobex® will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original Sealed packaging, unused condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers’ expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the Source account or any other account of the same person approved by us over Email, WhatsApp, or Messengers, or customers can take store credits for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Mobex ® will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

  • Warranty Returns: Mobexstore will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within days of receipt of items. All refurbished products offered on Mobex ® carry a minimum 1 Year warranty after 7 days replacement policy. The customer needs to contact more stores to claim a warranty as mentioned in the policy. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect mobex® to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of
    a. a refund to your payment method
    b. a refund in-store credit

Delivery Terms:

  • Transit Time Domestically: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4 – 7 working days
  • Same Day Dispatch : Orders placed before 11 AM – IST will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
  • Change Of Delivery Address: For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
  • Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

Tracking Notifications :

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit :

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service.

Duties & Taxes

  • GST: GST has already been marginally applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

  • Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, import duties & taxes may be required to be paid. Qarmatek Services pre-calculates these costs and displays them at checkout and give customers the choice of pre-paying these duties and taxes, or choosing to pay them separately upon arrival in your destination country. Qarmatek Services encourage customers to pre-pay duties and taxes as pre-paying these will facilitate a faster delivery time as they will be less likely to be subject to delays at customs at their destination country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Qarmatek Services at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations :

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched please refer to our refund policy.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms 

1. Proof of purchase is a pre-requisite to claim warranty.

2. Repairs under warranty period shall be carried out by the company authorized personnel only. The details of service support required are available at the company website.  www.mobex.in or you can connect customer care via WhatsApp.

3. The company does not undertake responsibility on the quality of software being used by purchaser.

4. In the event of repairs of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.

5. In case of any damage to the product / misuse detected by the authorized service center personnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable and repairs will be done subject to availability of parts and on chargeable basis only.

6. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the company’s prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.

7. In the event of the company offering EXTENDED WARRANTY period for any specific product / period, it is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER to get the warranty card duly registered with the company within 2 weeks of purchasing under such an offer, at the purchaser’s cost and risk only.

8. While carrying out repair, Mobex may use accessories or parts that are new or refurbished or reconditioned.

9. Mobex shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall Mobex be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.


1. The product is not purchased from Mobex website or Mobex dealer.

2. Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the Authorized Service Center / Company personnel.

3. Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions/types(example: Waterlogging, misuse etc.)

4. Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.

5. Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine/unit.

6. The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the product.

7. Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service center or to the purchaser’s residence.

8. Defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.

9. Under no circumstance the company is liable for loss directly or indirectly for any of the following: 

• Third party claims against customer for losses or damages.

• Loss or damages to records, information or data.

• Economic consequential damages including lost profits.

• Customer is advised to take back up for hard disk contents before handing over the unit for repair. The company shall not provide hard disk backup service.

• In case of repair, hard disk contents may be destroyed and customer will not be informed in advance. The company shall not be liable for any data, records or program lost due to repair.

10. Warranty does not cover any third-party software, settings, content, data or links, whether included/’- DOWNLOADed in product.

11. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries or displays).

12. Warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used with, or connected to, a product, accessories, software and/or service that is not compatible or was used otherwise than for its intended use. Defects can be caused by viruses from your or from third party’s unauthorized access to services, other accounts, computer systems or networks. This unauthorized access can take place through hacking, password-mining or through a variety of means.

13. Warranty does not cover defects caused by the fact that the battery has been short-circuited or by the fact that the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been specified.

Defective Product – Applicable Policy (Mobile, Tablets and Wearables) 

1.  Where a customer finds that a product is not functioning: upon opening of the Product Box within 7 days from the date of purchase, the Customer may visit mobex.in for due redressal and contact us for a free pickup service for warranty repairs. The product should be handed over along with the original mobex box, all in-box accessories and original invoice to the authorized personnel.

2. The product will be thoroughly checked at our Service Center as per Mobex approved technical parameters and policies . Post assessment and confirmation of genuine manufacturing defect, if any, by the Service Center, the product may be repaired (if possible) or replaced (case to case basis) or in case of unavailability of stock of same or similar  product, a refund or Mobex product purchase coupon, equivalent to the consideration paid by the customer for purchasing the product will be provided to the customer, as per facts & circumstances and in terms of applicable Mobex policy(ies).


  • Process for parcel damaged in-transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

  • Process for parcel lost in transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost
