- General: Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.
Return Policy
- Return Due To Change Of Mind: Mobex® will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original Sealed packaging, unused condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers’ expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the Source account or any other account of the same person approved by us over Email, WhatsApp, or Messengers, or customers can take store credits for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Mobex ® will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns: Mobex Store will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within days of receipt of items. All refurbished products offered on Mobex ® carry a minimum 1 Year warranty after 7 days replacement policy. The customer needs to contact more stores to claim a warranty as mentioned in the policy. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect mobex® to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of
a. a refund to your payment method
b. a refund in-store credit
Warranty Policy
Mobex offers you a 12 months comprehensive warranty on every device that you purchased from us from the date of invoice. This 12 months comprehensive warranty is only applicable on refurbished smartphones. provide 3 months warranty on Battery & all the other accessories or spare parts.
The 12 months warranty covers:
- Screen/LCD that malfunctions, or does not work as intended or designed.
- Any display issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the screen quality specifically touch issues.
- Any functional issue in the device
Warranty on Battery & Accessories:
- 3 Months of warranty is applicable on Battery and the compatible accessories which were delivered along with the devices.
Please note:
- The warranty is valid only for the devices purchased from us and the original customer. It is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or handed over to another individual.
To claim your warranty, you need to:
- Share the video of the phone with the prevailing issue at support@mobex.in
- Send us your phone number/order number/IMEI Number. Just about any of it at support@mobex.in
How can I claim my warranty?

How much time will Mobex take to resolve my query, if it is coming under warranty?
Our team generally resolves an issue within 48 hours to 72 hours from the moment you send us a query. You will get acknowledgement over mail for your query and your issue will be sorted as soon as possible.
The warranty is not applicable under the following scenarios:
- We do not cover any kind of accidental damage and our warranty stands null and void in all such related cases. Direct damage or damages caused as a consequence of accidents will not be covered under the 12 month warranty.
- Any display issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the screen quality specifically visible lines and blank screen
- Excessive Damage to the device wherein there is a possibility that internal components might have been affected due to excessive or critical damage to the device or screen. Such excessive visible damage might lead to internal components getting damaged and can cause screen or other system malfunctions. Any part replacement wherein such damage is reported at the time of order completion will not be covered under the warranty provided. Such malfunctions can even become visible after immediately opening of the device and reassembly as any component damage/malfunction would become visible after opening the device and reassembly, Mobex or any of its representatives will neither be responsible nor liable for such issues.
- Subsequent mishandling which causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack will not be entertained
- Subsequent mishandling with the screen such as hard press that may initiate discoloration or lining on the display
- Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
- Water damage
- Tampering with internal hardware
- Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
- Software issues unrelated to the repair
- Jail-broken devices
- Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair – customers are advised to back up all data prior to the repair attempt
Use of Logos
The brand names & logos are the property of respective owners and are used on the Website only for representation purposes. No IP or any other legal rights are claimed by the Website.
Delivery Terms:
- Transit Time Domestically: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4 – 7 working days
- Same Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11 AM – IST will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
- Change Of Delivery Address: For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
- Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Tracking Notifications :
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit :
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service.

Duties & Taxes
- GST: GST has already been marginally applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
- Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, import duties & taxes may be required to be paid. Qarmatek Services pre-calculates these costs and displays them at checkout and give customers the choice of pre-paying these duties and taxes, or choosing to pay them separately upon arrival in your destination country. Qarmatek Services encourage customers to pre-pay duties and taxes as pre-paying these will facilitate a faster delivery time as they will be less likely to be subject to delays at customs at their destination country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Qarmatek Services at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Cancellations :
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched please refer to our refund policy.
