- For remote locations or regions outside our standard delivery zone, delivery times may vary, and additional charges might apply.

- Standard Delivery: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹10,000.
- Orders below ₹10,000: A nominal shipping fee of ₹500 will be applied.
- Bulk Orders: Custom shipping rates apply for bulk or B2B orders. Please contact our sales team for specific details.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Non-Metro Cities: Delivery within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 12-15 business days, depending on accessibility.
- Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or transportation delays.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
- You can also track your order status by logging into your account on Mobex.in.
5. Delivery Process
- Our delivery partners will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm the timing.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the product.
- We recommend inspecting the product at the time of delivery for any visible damages. If any issues are found, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and report it to our customer support team.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
- Certain bulky items (e.g., large refrigerators, air conditioners) may have additional handling fees, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
- For redelivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Shipping During Sales & Promotions
- During sales or promotional events, the delivery timeline may be extended due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
9. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are only delivered within India.
